Early 2020, I was volunteering for a NGO then and we were very strong advocate of the SDG. The founder tasked every one of us to pick which we are most passionate about and do some research about it and how we can accomplish it.

I chose SDG 9- Industries, Innovation and Infrastructure; even though I was able to submit my work, I found out that SDG 9 it broad and except I want to deceive myself, I can’t lol.

Covid struck then I used the opportunity to switch to SDG 2(Zero hunger)😂; with God on my side and the help of my brother, we were able to give out foodstuffs to our neighbors during the lockdown; Weekly.

Hahaha. I agree that certain goals seem broad and demanding. I've come across a material that simplifies the SDGs and suggests what small actions can be taken concerning them. I'll see if that can be discussed.

Excellent article! This is a great reminder for me. As much as I'm aware of the SDGs, I'm not sure I'm taking the best approach, which is to be aware of them and use them as a jumping off point to connect them with the majority of the projects I'm working on solo or with a team. Many others are struggling with this as well, and I really wish this would reach more nonprofit players. The SDGs should help us make strategic decisions, it's not just for the United nations. Looking forward to learning more.
